The amalgamated grade distributions (that is, the gross number of students who have obtained each grade in a paper) can be imported. This can be done through the interface which imports data from an Excel spreadsheet, by importing into the new_papers>auditbysem (a) model. For your convenience, the LMS identifier for the paper (b) can be used as this is easily found in the exported data. Note: when importing grades the column headers need to contain the words “plus” and “minus” instead of the “+” or “-” symbols (c). Please follow the instructions about how to import data from Excel.
