Add or edit planners on a programme

Once a programme instance has been created, you may need to give edit access to other people in your department or faculty.  By default, heads of the department which administers the programme have access, but if your programme is still in the sandbox (ie: you selected SANDBOX Department when you created it) you will need to add them manually (as they’re not heads of the sandbox department).

To change the people with access, navigate to the programme’s homepage and select the Edit planners button (a) to open the edit form (lower image).  Current people with specialised planning access are listed (b), and you can use the search field (c) to find others to add or remove from the checklist (d) before clicking Save.
